You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your account details with others or allow anyone else to access your account. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
All content on NexiLoans platforms—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software—is the property of Nexi Fintech Pvt Ltd or its content suppliers. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our written permission.
Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such data practices.
To avail of a loan, fulfillment of KYC norms and submission of necessary information with the Lender is mandatory. The KYC process will be undertaken by the Lending Partner. You also provide your explicit consent to the Lender to access your credit bureau records for evaluating your creditworthiness.
By using our services, you authorize us to communicate with you via email, SMS, phone calls, push notifications, or other digital means for service and marketing-related purposes. You may opt out of promotional communications as per your preferences.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, applicable laws, or is harmful to the interests of NexiLoans, its users, or partners.
NexiLoans services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Our platform may include links to third-party websites or services. NexiLoans is not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those third-party platforms. Access them at your own risk.
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the bottom of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, India.
