Please read this Refund and Cancellation Policy together with our Terms and Conditions, as it contains important information about your rights and obligations as a customer with respect to any purchase of products or services from us.

We strive to deliver all services and products in accordance with the specifications and timelines communicated at the time of purchase. However, if we are unable to provide the service or product purchased by you, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the conditions below:

  1. Refunds will be considered only where there is a clear and demonstrable deficiency, defect, or non-performance in the service or product purchased from Nexiloans.
  2. No refund will be provided where a refund is sought solely due to a change of mind, without any deficiency or error attributable to Nexiloans.
  3. Refund requests will generally not be entertained after the service or product has been delivered/shared where the request is due to a change of mind. However, at our discretion, we may allow you to utilize the amount already paid towards an alternative service/product of equivalent value. Such adjustment may be made in full or in part.
  4. If any repayment installment is inadvertently credited to an account other than the intended account, such funds will be appropriately adjusted to the correct account once brought to the notice of Nexiloans. Nexiloans shall not be liable for any such instances or any consequent loss to the borrower arising therefrom.
  5. Refund applications submitted after thirty (30) days from the date of purchase may not be entertained, particularly where completion of work/service has already been confirmed and communicated via email or any other mode of communication.

If a refund request is approved by Nexiloans, it will be processed and intimated to you through email. The refund process may take a minimum of fifteen (15) business days and the amount will be credited to your designated bank account.

Nexiloans reserves the absolute right to:

  • Amend the terms of sanction, including reduction of loan amount and/or interest rate, at any time before or after disbursement of the loan.
  • Cancel the sanction letter and recall the entire loan without assigning any reason whatsoever.
  • Modify, amend, add, or withdraw any of the above rules, policies, or conditions at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
